A thorough inspection is performed before we can determine the cleaning solution we will use to obtain the best results for your tile and grout cleaning. A small area is completed to show the results you can expect.
The process begins by applying the cleaning solution to the tile and grout approximately 100 square feet at a time. We then carefully scrub the surfaces by hand or by floor machine to suspend the ground-in soil. This is followed by an extraction and rinse of surfaces with truck-mounted equipment and proper attachments. Grout sealing can be applied after inspecting the completely dry floor the following day. We completely clean your tile and grout with a restorative process with results that will exceed your expectations.
